I discussed in a post from earlier this month about the first step you need to take in order to make a change in life.

If you missed that post, read it here.

So what’s the next step?

Well, after you decide to make a change, then you need to do something that very few do.

Something that very few are even aware of.

Something that will make you unique.

Something that will be rejuvenating, scary, and fulfilling.

Something that will be the difference between your success and failure in life.

So what is it?

You need to take responsibility for EVERYTHING that happens to you in life.

Yes, everything.

Not just some things.

Not just most things.

Everything.

Every time.

Forget the excuses.

Forget blaming anyone or anything.

Blaming is the puss way out.

Taking responsibility changes the game.

You now have more control over what happens in your life.

When nothing has been done, it’s on you.

When you’re not where you want to be in life, it’s on you.

When you’re still working at that job you hate 10 years later, it’s on you.

That means you have the power to change ANY situation that doesn’t move you forward.

Taking responsibility for what happens to you in life is a sign of real leadership.

Leadership leads to success.

They go hand in hand.

Effective leaders take responsibility for not only themselves, but for their teams as well.

The more responsibility you take, the higher your chances for success and wealth.

But you can’t do all that without taking responsibility for yourself first.

It starts with you.

No more blaming.

No more whining.

No more complaining.

By taking responsibility, you’ll be respected, admired, and adored. So why in the world wouldn’t you do it?

Because it’s not easy? Life isn’t easy.

It takes mental and emotional effort to do this.

You’re going to be wrong.

You’re going to fail from time to time.

And it’s all going to be on you.

But you will succeed and you will be right as well.

The fastest way to success is when you realize that it all comes down to you.

Your actions.

Taking responsibility makes you “The Man” or “The Woman.”

Why wouldn’t you want to be The Man?

That’s what I thought.

It’s a decision.

Once you make it, there’s no going back.

Don’t go backwards.

Let’s move forward.

Entertain. Educate. Motivate.
